I was asked to produce a large print loosely based on a previous print of mine they had acquired. I was allowed to essentially just go for it and print whatever I liked, so the ideal commission essentially. I’d never worked on a print this size before, even buying the paper proved difficult as I had managed to buy the last 3 sheets of this paper available in the UK, with little chance I would be able to get more. It was both exciting and daunting at the same time.
